I purchased two (2) original, Mopar factory parts for my rear suspension for my 2002 Jeep Grand Cherokee, Limited from Dust & Son, Effingham, IL via eBay. I was provided with the most excellent customer service and complete knowledge regarding what parts I needed based upon a diagram that I sent to them. Whomever the customer sales representative was that help me via Messaging through eBay was extremely knowledgeable with expert information. The two (2) parts were already pressed on by my mechanic here in California with no problem whatsoever. I went here to see if they could color match my 2007 Ford Explorers Abobe gold paint. We recently hit a Small deer and it destroyed the front bumper. Since it was only insured with liability coverage, it was on us for any repairs. My husband sent me since I had other appointments already in Effingham. As I walked in a staff member asked me what I needed. I really like that personal touch when shopping at these type of auto service stores. He directed me to the paint counter. Right away I was helped by a very polite and helpful young man. I told him what I needed and he went right away to mixing up my paint to match my Explorer. I did have about a five minute wait, which I had already anticipated so I browsed around a bit. This place was pretty busy which I love to see in a "Mom and Pop" kind of store. I got my paint and as I was leaving I heard Merry Christmas greetings. That warmed my heart. So if you are in need of auto supplies or paint to match a busted auto give this place a try. They are super helpful.
